Description

The TRC-P120C is a 120 ton open frame hydraulic crimper built for workshops that handle bent pipes, elbow fittings, and oversized hose assemblies. The C-type frame opens on one side — you slide assemblies in from the side instead of threading them through a closed head. Pre-formed elbows, air conditioning hose, and large-diameter industrial hose all go in without disassembly.

At 120 tons of crimping force, this open frame hydraulic crimper covers hose from 6mm to 54mm (up to 1″ 2SH). The 112mm max opening without dies handles oversize fittings that stall smaller machines. A 4kW motor drives a 2.1-second cycle time for 10mm crimps — fast enough for steady workshop output without running at full throttle all day.

The P120C stands apart from the TRC electric lineup because of that C-frame. Machines like the P32 and P33 use a closed-front head — faster cycle, more compact, but limited by the through-hole diameter. The P120C trades compact size for access. Same 120-ton force, but a 112mm gap that lets you crimp hose assemblies other machines cannot reach.

The 50-liter oil tank and 4kW motor give this 120 ton open frame hydraulic crimper the thermal capacity to run back-to-back shifts. Tri-phase 200–440V and mono-phase 220–240V options cover standard workshop power worldwide. At 1200kg it is a permanent floor installation.

Use the P120C when your workload includes bent tube assemblies, air conditioning hose, or industrial hose with large end fittings. For straight hydraulic hose in production volume, the P32 or P33 will be faster. For oversized or shaped assemblies, the P120C is the answer.
