Description
The TRC-P160 is a 350 ton CNC industrial hydraulic crimper built for workshops that process large-bore hydraulic and industrial hose. It handles 4″ 6-spiral hydraulic hose and up to 6″ industrial hose — the second-largest capacity in the TRC lineup behind only the P175.
The CNC control system delivers step crimping, quality report generation, and data save for full production traceability. Correction offset and programmable pressure hold time give operators precision control on every crimp — the traceability that ISO-certified marine and mining facilities demand.
At 350 tons of crimping force, this CNC industrial hydraulic crimper processes 6–202mm diameter hose with a 345mm max opening without dies. The 6.5kW motor and 135L separate oil station maintain consistent force delivery through long production shifts. Machine and oil station ship as two units for easier installation.
The P160 accepts both P32 standard dies (10–87mm) and P160 extended dies (up to 190mm), covering the full range from workshop hydraulic hose to large industrial assemblies in one machine. The QuickChange tool system enables rapid die swaps during production.
Rated for marine, mining, and heavy industrial environments. Tri-phase 200/220/380/400/440V power options cover global installations. At 2020kg (machine) + 182kg (station), it delivers stable, vibration-free crimping under continuous operation.
