The TRC-P32 200 ton hydraulic hose crimper machine is the classic 2-inch model — the standard workshop machine for crimping up to 2″ 4-spiral hoses. It covers a 6mm to 87mm crimping range with 19 P32 die sizes, 12 of which ship standard with the machine.
A 3.7 kW motor drives a 32-liter hydraulic system at 3.5 seconds per cycle on three-phase power (5.5s on single-phase), producing 850 crimps per hour. The straightforward mechanical design has no CNC board — just load the die, set the stop, and press the foot pedal. Standard features include QuickChange tool, die racks, and foot pedal.
At 286 kg with an 840×600mm footprint, this 200 ton hydraulic hose crimper machine sits firmly on the workshop floor. The 1,400mm overall height puts the crimping head at a comfortable working level.
