The TRC-P32 hydraulic hose crimper machine is the core workshop production machine in the TRC lineup. Delivering 200TON / 2000kN, it handles hose from 10mm to 87mm (2″ 4SH) — the widest range of any P-series workshop crimper. The 132mm max opening without dies accommodates oversized fittings that narrower machines cannot touch.
Semi-auto operation with a 3.3-second cycle (tri motor) or 5.5-second cycle (mono motor) delivers 700–850 pieces per hour depending on hose size. The 3.7kW tri motor handles 200/220/380/440V, while the 4kW mono motor covers 220/230/240V single-phase — matching any workshop power setup.
Eighteen standard P32 dies (6–87mm) cover the complete workshop hose size range. The QuickChange-tool system makes die changes fast during production runs, and die racks keep everything organized at the workstation.
At 286kg with an 840×600×1400mm footprint and 42L oil tank, the P32 hydraulic hose crimper machine is a fixed workshop installation built for day-in, day-out industrial hose production.
