Description
The TRC-120L/H 245 ton hydraulic hose crimper is the largest machine in the TRC workshop series. It crimps up to 3″ 2-spiral and 2″ R13 hoses — capacities beyond what standard 2-inch machines can handle. Two versions available: the 120L with CNC control and semi-automatic mode, the 120H with manual operation.
A 4 kW motor drives a 75-liter hydraulic system, the largest tank in the TRC range. CNC features on the 120L include max opening setup, pressure maintaining with time delay, and backstop control. Standard equipment includes two QuickChange tools, die racks, mirror, electric backstop device, and two foot pedals.
Die coverage spans two series: P20 dies for standard hoses (sizes 14–61 included, 06–12 optional) and YB120L dies for large-diameter work (sizes 52–69 included, 74–100 optional). At 790 kg on a 900×800mm base, this 245 ton hydraulic hose crimper stands solid at 1,600mm — a dedicated workstation for mines, steel plants, and heavy equipment service shops.
