Description
The TRC-P175 is an 830 ton hydraulic hose press — the flagship machine in the TRC industrial range. It processes the largest hose assemblies in the catalog: 6″ hydraulic hose, 15″ industrial hose, and tube up to 350mm diameter. Mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding, and aerospace operations use this machine when nothing smaller can do the job.
At 830 tons of crimping force, this 830 ton hydraulic hose press delivers 8300kN through a 500mm max opening without dies. The extra-long master dies (350×500mm) handle single-stroke crimping on large tube and pipe assemblies that require full-length die contact. A 3.2-second cycle at 10mm keeps up with industrial production schedules.
The 11kW motor and 270L separate oil station provide the hydraulic capacity for continuous heavy-duty operation. The machine and power pack ship as two units — 4455kg (machine) and 305kg (station) — requiring a forklift and fixed floor installation. Tri-phase 200/220/380/400/440V covers global industrial power.
The CNC control system manages pressure, step crimping, quality reports, and data save for full production traceability. Three die series cover the full range: P32 (6–87mm) for standard hydraulic hose, P160 (87–202mm) for large industrial assemblies, and P175 (205–320mm) for the heaviest applications. For workshops that do not need the full 830-ton capacity, the P165 (500 ton) and P160 (350 ton) cover smaller large-bore workloads.
