Description
The TRC-P32A 200 ton semi automatic hydraulic crimper handles hoses up to 2″ 4-spiral — a significant step up from 1½” machines. It crimps from 6mm to 87mm diameter with the P32 die series, covering SAE 100R1 through 100R15 hose types.
At 3.3 seconds per cycle on three-phase power (5.5s on single-phase), this 200 ton semi automatic hydraulic crimper reaches 850 pieces per hour. The 2.2 kW motor runs a 25-liter hydraulic system — compact but sufficient for sustained production. Standard features include QuickChange tool, die racks, and both automatic and manual operating modes.
The machine weighs 260 kg with a footprint of 760×540×790 mm — small enough for most workshop benches. Dies from P32/16 through P32/69 are included. Non-standard dies (P32/06 through P32/14, plus P32/74 and P32/78) are available separately. Dual-frequency motor (50/60 Hz) accepts single-phase 110–240V and three-phase 200–440V for worldwide compatibility.
