Description
The TRC-P165 is a 500 ton hydraulic hose press machine built for workshops that process large bore hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies. Delivering 5000kN of force, it handles 4″ 6-spiral hydraulic hose and up to 6″ industrial hose — with the same 345mm max opening as the P160 but 43% more crimping force for thicker-wall industrial assemblies.
This 500 ton hydraulic hose press machine runs a 3.6-second cycle powered by a 7.5kW motor and 135L separate oil station. The machine and oil station ship as two units — easier to position on the workshop floor and better thermal performance during continuous production shifts. Tri-phase 200/220/380/400/440V covers global industrial power standards.
The CNC control system provides step crimping, correction offset, quality report generation, and data save. Full production traceability for ISO-certified marine, mining, and offshore facilities that need documented crimp records on every assembly.
The P165 accepts P32 standard dies (10–87mm) for hydraulic hose and P160 extended dies (up to 190mm) for large industrial assemblies. QuickChange tool system enables fast die swaps during mixed production runs. At 2430kg (machine) + 190kg (station), it delivers stable, vibration-free crimping under the heaviest workloads.
