Description
The TRC-P120 is a 280 ton semi auto hydraulic hose crimper for workshops that process 6-spiral reinforced hydraulic hose at production volumes. It handles 2″ R13 (DN51) hose — a step above the P32 in both tonnage and crimping range. The separate oil station design keeps the hydraulic circuit isolated from vibration, extending service life under continuous operation.
Semi-auto operation: foot pedal trigger, 1.5-second cycle, auto return. At 2500 assemblies per hour, this 280 ton semi auto hydraulic hose crimper keeps up with busy hose shops running back-to-back shifts. The 5.5kW motor and 120L oil tank maintain consistent force delivery without overheating. Machine and oil station ship as two units for easier floor positioning.
The P120 uses P32 dies covering 6–87mm hose. QuickChange-tool system enables fast die swaps during mixed production runs. For workshops needing CNC precision and larger industrial hose capacity, the P140 extends the range to 4″ with full CNC step crimping and quality reports.
