Description
The TRC-P32D 200 ton CNC step hydraulic crimper is the top model of the P32 series. It adds programmable CNC control to the proven 200-ton platform, giving operators three modes — Semi-Automatic, Automatic, and full CNC. Step crimping, correction/offset, pressure maintaining, and time delay functions give precise control over every crimp cycle.
A key feature for quality-focused shops: the CNC system saves crimp parameters for each hose-fitting combination, outputs quality reports, and stores production data for traceability. The 42-liter hydraulic tank is the largest in the P32 lineup — sustained production without overheating. Two foot pedals with automatic continuous crimping function keep throughput at 850 crimps per hour.
Die series is P32 with 19 sizes (6–87mm). Dies P32/14 through P32/69 ship with the machine. Non-standard dies (P32/06 through P32/12, plus P32/74 and P32/78) available separately. Standard features include two QuickChange tools, three die racks, and two foot pedals. At 305 kg with a 650×470mm footprint, this 200 ton CNC step hydraulic crimper fits most workshop floors.
