Description
The TRC-P140 is a 320 ton CNC hydraulic hose crimper built for marine, mining, and heavy industrial hose production. It processes the largest hose sizes in the TRC catalog — from 2-1/2″ 4-spiral hydraulic hose to 4-inch industrial hose — at speeds up to 2400 assemblies per hour.
The CNC control system manages crimping force, pressure hold time, and crimping speed with digital precision. Correction offset, step crimping for sensitive fittings, quality report generation, and data save provide full production traceability for ISO-certified workshops.
A 1.5-second crimp cycle makes this 320 ton CNC hydraulic hose crimper one of the fastest in its class. The 7.5kW motor and 120L separate oil station maintain consistent 320-ton force delivery under continuous production. The machine and oil station ship as two separate units — easier to move into position and better thermal performance during long shifts.
The P140 uses standard P32 die series for 10–87mm hose plus P140 extended dies for 87–148mm, covering a 6–140mm diameter range in one machine. The QuickChange tool system enables rapid die swaps during production runs. An electric backstop and foot pedal allow hands-free operation.
