Description
The TRC-P32E 200 ton ergonomic hydraulic hose crimping equipment is the low-profile version of the P32 series. The operating height sits at 1350 mm — 50 mm lower than the P32S — reducing shoulder and back strain for operators who crimp hoses 8 hours a day. Same 200-ton force, same P32 die platform, but built around operator comfort for high-volume production environments.
Standard features include semi-automatic operation with foot pedal, quick-change tool for fast die swaps, and die racks for organized storage. The 32-liter oil tank supports full-shift production. Thirteen standard P32 dies (sizes 14–69 mm) ship with the machine, covering inner diameters from 14 mm through 75 mm. Six additional dies (06–12 mm and 74–78 mm) are available separately.
