The TRC-P20D 137 ton CNC precision hydraulic crimper is the top model of the P20 series, designed for workshops that need documented crimp quality. It crimps hoses up to 1½” 4-spiral with a 3.6-second cycle — faster than the standard P20’s 10 seconds, thanks to CNC-controlled speed optimization.

The CNC system offers three operating modes: Semi-Automatic, Automatic, and full CNC. Features include correction/offset, pressure maintaining, time delay, step crimping, quality report output, and crimp data storage. Operators save parameters for each hose-fitting combination and recall them instantly — no manual adjustment between jobs.

Standard configuration includes QuickChange tool, die racks, and foot pedal with automatic continuous crimping function. Die series is P20 (14 sizes, 6–52). The machine accepts single-phase (110–240V) and three-phase (200–440V) power, compatible with workshop electrical systems worldwide. Net weight 206 kg.
