Description
The TRC-P33 200 ton auto return hydraulic hose crimper is the auto-return version of the P32 platform. After each crimp, dies retract automatically — operators load the next fitting without manually pulling the die cage back. The integrated one-piece frame eliminates bolted joints, reducing vibration and improving consistency.
The 3.7 kW motor and 28-liter hydraulic system deliver a 3.5-second cycle on three-phase power, reaching 850 crimps per hour. Operators set the max opening and hold time on the control panel — the machine runs each crimp identically. Standard features include two QuickChange tools, die racks, and foot pedal.
Die series is P32 with 19 sizes (6–87mm). Dies P32/14 through P32/69 ship with the machine. Non-standard dies (P32/06 through P32/12, plus P32/74 and P32/78) are available separately. At 315 kg with a 780×560mm footprint, this 200 ton auto return hydraulic hose crimper sits firmly on the workshop floor at a comfortable 1,280mm working height.
