Description
The TRC-P32S 200 ton auto return hose crimping machine is designed for workshops that process high volumes of 2″ 4SH and 1 1/2″ 6SP hydraulic hoses. At 700–850 crimps per hour with a 3.5-second cycle time, it handles production-scale output. The auto-return die head retracts after each crimp, so operators can index to the next hose without manually resetting the machine.
Standard features include semi-automatic operation with two foot pedals, a quick-change tool for fast die swaps, and die racks for organized storage. The 38-liter oil tank supports extended production runs without refilling. Thirteen standard P32 dies (sizes 14–69 mm) ship with the machine, covering inner diameters from 14 mm through 75 mm. Six additional dies (06–12 mm and 74–78 mm) are available separately.
The P32S accepts both single-phase (110–240V) and three-phase (200–440V) power, compatible with workshop electrical systems worldwide. At 305 kg, it stays planted on the shop floor during operation. The P32 die platform is shared with the P32, P33, P32A, P32E, and P32D — dies are interchangeable across all models.
