Description
The TRC-120L 245 ton CNC heavy duty hydraulic crimper is the full-CNC version of TRC’s largest workshop machine. Unlike the 120L/H semi-automatic model, the 120L offers three operating modes — Semi-Automatic, Automatic, and full CNC — with step crimping, correction/offset, pressure control, quality report output, and crimp data storage for full production traceability.
At 1,100mm wide with a 1,100×830mm base, the 120L provides a larger working area than the 120L/H for handling big hose assemblies. The 4 kW motor drives a 75-liter hydraulic system through 245 ton of crimping force, covering hoses from 6mm to 110mm. Standard features include two QuickChange tools, die racks, mirror, electric backstop device, and two foot pedals with automatic continuous crimping.
Die coverage spans P20 dies (sizes 14–61 included) and YB120L dies for large-diameter work (sizes 52–69 included). Non-standard dies and adapter dies available for full-range capability. This 245 ton CNC heavy duty hydraulic crimper at 790 kg is built for mines, steel plants, and heavy equipment OEMs that need documented, repeatable crimp quality on large industrial hoses.
