The TRC-P20 is a 137 ton workshop hydraulic hose crimper built for daily hose assembly in repair shops and small production facilities. It processes hoses from ¼” to 1½” 4-spiral — the most common range for construction, agriculture, and mobile equipment service.
A 10-second crimp cycle and 850 pieces-per-hour output keep pace with busy workshops. The 3 kW motor drives a 32-liter hydraulic system — no overheating during extended shifts. No CNC board means no software issues and no calibration drift. Operators set the die, press the foot pedal, and get consistent crimps shift after shift.
This 137 ton workshop hydraulic hose crimper ships with 10 standard P20 dies (sizes 14 through 47), QuickChange tool, die rack, and foot pedal. Optional dies available for sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, and 52. The machine accepts both single-phase (110–240V) and three-phase (200–440V) power, suitable for workshops worldwide.
