The TRC-P32CSD 200 ton CNC battery hydraulic crimper is the only model in the TRC lineup that combines full CNC control with battery operation. Service vans can perform precision crimping on-site with the same data accuracy as a workshop CNC machine — offset correction, step crimping, pressure holding, and quality reports all run from the onboard CNC controller powered by 12V or 24V vehicle batteries.

The machine handles hoses up to 2″ 4SH and 1 1/2″ 6SP at 200 tons (2000 kN). Thirteen standard P32 dies (sizes 14–69 mm) ship with the unit, covering inner diameters from 14 mm to 75 mm. Six additional dies (06–12 mm and 74–78 mm) are available for special applications. All crimp data is saved and countable for traceability reporting.
