The TRC-P20CSZ 80 ton fast cycle battery hydraulic crimper separates the pump unit from the crimping head via a hydraulic hose, giving operators flexibility to position the head in tight spaces — under equipment, against bulkheads, or at awkward angles. The 12V or 24V vehicle battery drives the pump, so no generator or mains connection is needed on site.

The fast cycle hydraulic system completes each crimp quicker than the standard P20CS, increasing throughput for service vans that process 30+ assemblies per day. Nine standard P20 dies (sizes 14–47 mm) ship with the machine, covering hose inner diameters from 14 mm through 52 mm. Three smaller dies (06–12 mm) and one oversized die (52 mm) are available separately.

The P20CSZ targets high-volume mobile hose service businesses in Europe, North America, and South America. Construction equipment dealers, mining service trucks, and agricultural machinery repair teams use it for on-site assembly of 4-spiral hose assemblies where the one-piece P20CS cannot reach.
