Description
The TRC-P32CSZ 200 ton cordless hydraulic hose crimper separates the pump unit from the crimping head via a hydraulic hose, giving operators the reach to crimp large-diameter 4-spiral hoses in confined spaces — under heavy machinery, inside equipment bays, or against bulkheads. A 12V or 24V vehicle battery powers the hydraulic pump, eliminating the need for a generator on remote sites.
The fast cycle hydraulic system completes each crimp faster than the standard P32CS, boosting throughput for service vans that process 20+ large-diameter assemblies per day. Thirteen standard P32 dies (sizes 14–69 mm) ship with the unit, covering hose inner diameters from 14 mm through 75 mm. Six additional dies (06–12 mm and 74–78 mm) are available separately.
The P32CSZ targets mobile hose service businesses that assemble 2″ 4SH and 1 1/2″ 6SP hoses on mining equipment, large construction machines, and marine hydraulic systems.
