Description
The TRC-P18CS 80 ton compact battery hydraulic hose crimper runs directly from 12V or 24V vehicle batteries, built for mobile service vans that need hose assembly capability on remote sites. It delivers 80 tons (800 kN) of crimping force for hoses up to 3/4″ 4SP. Push-button operation — no hand pumping, no external power supply.
Seven standard P18 dies (sizes 10–47 mm) cover inner diameters from 10 mm through 47 mm, handling the most common field hose sizes. Three additional dies (06–08 mm and 12–14 mm) are available for smaller applications. The P18 die platform is shared with the P18HP, P18HPZ, P18AP, P18XL, and P18X — dies interchange across all models.
At 40 kg, the P18CS is the lightest 80-ton crimper in the battery series. Service vans carrying this unit can assemble 3/4″ and smaller hydraulic hoses on construction sites, agricultural equipment, and mining operations without a generator. For operators needing both workshop mains and battery power, the P18XL adds dual-power capability on the same P18 platform.
