Description
The TRC-RS50 heat shrink machine encapsulates the end of a hose or tube assembly with Clean Seal Capsules, providing a professional protective seal over crimped fittings. It accepts capsules from 0.87″ ID (22mm) through 3″ ID (80mm), covering hose sizes from 1/4″ through 2″+ with 9 capsule sizes. The 1 kW heating element delivers consistent shrink temperature for reliable capsule bonding.
Nine Clean Seal Capsule sizes are available, organized by hex dimension ranges. The smaller capsules (22–34X, OD 40mm) handle hoses from 16mm to 32mm hex. The mid-range capsule (46X50, OD 50mm) covers 34mm to 44mm. The larger capsules (52X through 67X60, OD 60mm) handle hex sizes up to 65mm (2.56″). This covers the full range of hydraulic hose assemblies from light-duty to heavy industrial.
At 8 kg with a compact 280×200×710mm footprint, the R50 sits on a workbench next to the crimper as part of a complete hose assembly station. After cutting and crimping, the operator slides a capsule onto the fitting and inserts it into the R50 for a clean, professional finish.
