The TRC-P20LHP 185 ton portable hydraulic hose crimper delivers the highest crimping force in the manual series — 48% more than the P16HP. A built-in hand pump generates 185 tons (1850 kN) to crimp hoses up to 1 1/2″ 4SP without any electrical connection. The machine is built for field service teams that need large-diameter crimping capability on remote sites.

Nine standard P20 dies (sizes 14–47 mm) cover the most common hose inner diameters from 3/8″ through 1 1/2″. Four smaller dies (06–12 mm) and one oversized die (52 mm) are available for special applications. The P20 die platform is shared across the P20LHP, P20HP, P20, P22, and P20D — dies are interchangeable between all models.
