The TRC-P16AP 95 ton pneumatic hydraulic crimper is designed for workshops and service trucks that have a compressed air supply. Instead of manual hand pumping, the pneumatic cylinder drives the crimping head automatically — reducing operator fatigue and speeding up repetitive crimping jobs. It delivers 95 tons (955 kN) of force for hoses up to 1″ 2SP and 1″ 4SP.

The air-powered operation cuts cycle time compared to the hand pump version (P16HP), making it practical for shops crimping 20+ assemblies per shift. The machine uses the same P16 die series as the P16HP and P16HPZ, so dies are interchangeable across the platform. Six standard dies (sizes 14–31 mm) ship with the machine.

At 26 kg, the P16AP is light enough to move between workstations. It requires an external air compressor connection (standard shop air line). For locations without compressed air, consider the P16HP (hand pump) or P16HPZ (separate pump) alternatives.
