Description
The TRC-P20HP 137 ton heavy duty manual hydraulic crimper is designed for service teams that need serious crimping power without access to electricity. A hand pump drives 137 tons (1370 kN) of force through 14 P20 series die positions, covering hoses from 10 mm to 61 mm (1/4″ through 1 1/2″ 4SP). This is the largest capacity in the manual/pneumatic series.
Nine standard dies (sizes 14–47 mm) ship with the machine, handling the most common hose sizes from 3/8″ through 1 1/2″. Five additional die sizes (06–12 mm and 52 mm) are available for smaller or oversized applications. The P20 die series is shared with electric workshop models P20, P22, and P20D — dies are interchangeable across the platform.
