Description
The TRC-P16HPZ 95 ton separate pump hydraulic hose crimper is built for field service and repair workshops that need flexible crimping positions. The split design separates the hand pump from the crimping head via a hydraulic hose, allowing operators to crimp 90° elbow fittings and work in confined spaces where a one-piece unit cannot reach. It delivers 95 tons (955 kN) of crimping force for hoses up to 1″ 2SP and 1″ 4SP.
A telescopic operating pole adjusts to the working condition, reducing pumping effort by approximately 50% compared to fixed-length handles. The crimping head measures just 150×250×380 mm — compact enough to carry to any job site. The separate pump is compatible with Enerpac hydraulic pumps, giving operators flexibility in power source selection.
Six P16 series dies ship with the machine (sizes 14–31 mm), covering hose inner diameters from 14 mm to 38 mm. Four additional die sizes (06–12 mm) are available for smaller hose applications. At 24 kg net weight, the P16HPZ is one of the lightest 95-ton crimpers available, making it a practical choice for mobile hose repair, emergency field service, and distributor demonstrations.
