Description
The TRC-S50 3/16 to 2 inch electric hose skiving machine removes the inner tube and rubber layer from hydraulic hose — the essential step before crimping that ensures clean, consistent fitting insertion. It handles hose from 3/16″ to 2″ external diameter in a compact workshop machine. Easily adjustable with one screw for quick blade changes.
A 0.4 kW motor drives the blade at 145 r/min, stripping both external and internal layers. Nine blade sizes cover external skiving from 3/16″ to 2″ and internal skiving from 3/4″ to 2″. The 57 kg machine sits on a 400×580mm base at a 1,050mm working height. Standard accessories include a waste bin, separate tool rack, and single-sided blade holder.
This electric hose skiving machine replaces manual stripping knives that produce uneven results. Dual-frequency 50/60 Hz motor accepts both single-phase and three-phase power, compatible with workshops worldwide.
