A small hose cutter for shops that don’t need 2-inch capacity. The C250AC cuts up to 1-inch 4-spiral hose — enough for light hydraulic assemblies, air conditioning lines, and low-pressure industrial hose. If your daily work stays under 1 inch, paying for a C300’s larger frame and blade doesn’t make sense.
The price is the selling point. The C250AC costs less than any 2-inch cutter because it uses a smaller motor, a shorter blade stroke, and a more compact frame. At roughly half the footprint of a C300, it fits on a workbench that can’t spare the space for a full-size machine.
Operation is the same manual pusher design as the C300. Load the hose, push the lever, the blade cuts through. No CNC, no air supply, no programming. Plug it in and start cutting.
The trade-off is capacity. You can’t cut 1½-inch or 2-inch hose on the C250AC — the blade opening won’t accept it. For shops that occasionally need larger diameters, the C300 is the safer pick. For dedicated small-hose work — AC hose repair, compact equipment service, low-pressure assembly — the C250AC does the job without overpaying for range you won’t use.
