A hydraulic hose cutter built for shops that cut all day, every day. The C520A takes the same 2-inch 4-spiral capacity as the C300 family and wraps it in a heavier frame with a wider bed. More steel under the hose means less vibration, cleaner cuts, and a machine that holds up to years of continuous use.
The foot-pedal control keeps both hands free to position the hose. Step on the pedal, the blade spins and the pusher feeds. Release, it stops. That two-handed loading is faster than the manual lever on the C300 and safer — your hands are never near the blade while it’s cutting.
The C520A, C400F, and C400A share the same cutting range — 2-inch 4-spiral, the widest in the TRC lineup. The difference is the drive and frame. The C520A is the full-size version with the most rigid construction. The C400F uses a mechanical foot pedal. The C400A adds pneumatic push. Pick based on what your shop already has: air supply, floor space, or just the basics.
Optional accessories are the same across the wide-body cutters: the X35 fume extractor pulls rubber smoke away from the operator, and the YL2000 extension stand supports long hose lengths that overhang the bed.
