A portable hose cutter that doesn’t need a workshop. The C250CS draws power from a 12-volt car or truck battery — clamp the cables to the terminals, flip the switch, and the blade spins. That makes it a field-service tool, not a bench machine. If your work takes you to construction sites, mining pits, or roadside equipment breakdowns, the C250CS cuts hose where the machine sits.
The cutting range is 1-inch 4-spiral, the same as the C250AC. The difference is power source. The C250AC plugs into a wall outlet and stays on the bench. The C250CS clips to a vehicle battery and goes where the truck goes. Same blade, same capacity, different operating philosophy.
Construction is simple on purpose — fewer moving parts, fewer things to break in the field. The manual pusher feeds the hose into the blade, same as the C300. No CNC, no air supply, no programming. The only requirement is a vehicle battery within cable reach.
The trade-off is capacity and volume. One-inch limit means no heavy-bore hydraulic assemblies. And the pusher is manual, so this isn’t a 200-cuts-per-day machine. But for a mobile service technician making 10–15 cuts per job, the C250CS gets it done without towing a generator.
