The P20 electric hydraulic hose crimper is the workhorse that started the P20 series. Plug it in, set the die, press the button. That simplicity is why shops still buy it over the fancier P20S — fewer controls, fewer things to break, and it crimps the same 1½-inch 4SP hose.
At 137 tons of force and a 10-to-61mm crimping range, this machine covers the full spectrum of hydraulic hose sizes most workshops encounter. The electric motor handles the pumping, so you get consistent pressure on every crimp without the arm fatigue of a manual unit.
Where the P20S adds a motorized die holder and faster setup, the P20 keeps it basic. You set dies manually. The motor runs the hydraulic pump. The crimp comes out right. For shops that crimp the same few sizes all day, the extra automation of the P20S doesn’t justify the price difference.
Fifteen die sets are available for the P20 series. The standard package includes sizes 14 through 47 plus two specialty dies (00/22 and 84/80). Small dies (06, 08, 10) and the largest (52) are optional add-ons.
