The TRC-120L/H heavy duty hydraulic crimper delivers 245TON / 2450kN with a 1.8-second cycle — fast enough for high-volume industrial hose production. Handles hose from 6mm to 110mm (2″ R13 / 3″ 2-spiral) with a 170mm max opening without dies, covering the largest common industrial hose sizes.
Semi-auto operation with pressure maintaining time delay and backstop control ensures consistent crimp quality across production runs. The electric backstop and foot pedal automate the workflow, while the mirror lets the operator monitor the crimp from a safe distance.
Two die series — P20 (standard workshop dies) and YB120L (extended large bore dies) — cover 10–115mm in one machine. The QuickChange-tool system makes die transitions fast during production runs on this heavy duty hydraulic crimper.
At 790kg with a 900×800×1600mm footprint, the 120L/H heavy duty hydraulic crimper is a fixed industrial installation. The 70L oil tank and 4kW / 5.44HP tri motor (200/220/380/400/440V) handle the heaviest workshop workloads day-in, day-out.
