The TRC-P20S 137 ton compact hydraulic hose crimper is designed to crimp up to 1½” diameter 4-spiral hoses for workshop use. It is fast and easy to use. A 3.6-second cycle time at 10mm stroke keeps up with busy production schedules — noticeably quicker than the standard P20’s 10-second cycle.

Semi-automatic operation with foot pedal control lets operators work hands-free on hose positioning. The 650×470mm footprint is about 40% smaller than the P20 workshop crimper, fitting into tighter workshop layouts. Ten P20 dies (sizes 14–47) ship standard, covering the full crimping range from 14mm to 52mm ID.

Dual 50/60 Hz motor works on both single-phase and three-phase power — compatible with workshops worldwide. The 32-liter oil tank and 3 kW motor deliver 600 to 850 crimps per hour depending on hose size. Standard equipment includes QuickChange tool, die racks, and foot pedal.
