Send Your Project to the Right Team

Email works best for specifications and files. Phone or WhatsApp is suitable for a quick first discussion, but model confirmation still needs the application data below.

01 | Email[email protected]

Best for photos, drawings, product lists, crimp specifications and project documents.

02 | Phone / WhatsApp+86 17765966766

Use for quick pre-sales coordination or to confirm which technical records to send.

Office visits and production-facility audit arrangements are confirmed separately in advance.

Send TRC Your Project Details

Complete the fields you already know. The checklist below explains which assembly, workload, power and destination details help TRC review the model, tooling and commercial scope.

    Project brief checklist

What to Send for Equipment Selection

A hose-size message is not enough to confirm compatibility. Send the assembly system and the site conditions together.

01Hose brand, series, size and reinforcement
02Fitting and ferrule part numbers or dimensioned photos
03Target crimp diameter or valid crimp specification
    04Smallest and largest regular assembly
05Normal daily output and peak demand
06Truck, farm, workshop or production-line location
07Available power, voltage, frequency and phase
08Destination country and requested shipping terms
09Cutting, skiving, cleaning or testing needs
10Required certificate, inspection or validation record

    Inquiry routing

Keep Commercial, Technical and Support Questions Separate

Each route needs different evidence. This helps the request reach the person who can answer it without losing technical context.

    ROUTE 01 | NEW PROJECT

    Model and Quotation

Start with the workpiece, equipment task, location, output and utilities.

    • Crimp, cut, skive, clean or test
    • Machine and tooling scope
    • Destination and commercial terms
    ROUTE 02 | COMPATIBILITY

    Technical Review

Send component and target data before asking whether a machine or die will work.

    • Hose, fitting and ferrule IDs
    • Crimp specification and geometry
    • Sample or validation requirement
    ROUTE 03 | AFTER-SALES

    Fault or Spare-Part Support

Identify the machine and record the condition before parts or corrective action are proposed.

    • Model, serial/order reference
    • Power, control and die state
    • Fault sequence, photos and video

    What happens next

    A Four-Step Review Before Production

Customization or sample validation is confirmed before manufacturing begins, not added after the order scope becomes ambiguous.

    01

    Completeness Check

TRC checks whether the submitted workpiece and site information is sufficient.

    02

    Technical Shortlist

The application route narrows the machine family, tooling and remaining questions.

    03

    Configured Quotation

The quotation identifies model, voltage, controls, dies, accessories and commercial scope.

    04

    Pre-Production Confirmation

Any customization, sample check, documentation or acceptance need is agreed first.

Schedule rule: TRC does not display one standard shipping promise. Verified-stock small batches, custom machines and volume orders follow different routes. The applicable schedule is confirmed in the quotation or order document.

Questions That Help Us Start With the Right Evidence

Can I get a quote with only a photo of my hose?

A photo can start the conversation but usually cannot confirm reinforcement, fitting series or target crimp data. Add part numbers, measurements and the valid assembly specification where possible.

What should I send if I need replacement dies?

Send the machine model, current die series and markings, required finished crimp range, hose and fitting data, and clear photos of the mounting geometry.

What details help diagnose a crimp leak?

Send hose and fitting identification, ferrule, insertion method, die used, target and measured crimp diameter, leak location, pressure and temperature conditions, plus photos of the failed assembly. Depressurize the system before inspection.

Can TRC help plan a complete hose workshop?

Yes. Include the hose range, fitting systems, output, space, utilities, cleanliness and testing process, destination and budget stage. TRC can separate essential equipment from later expansion items.

    Send your project brief

Attach the Specification. Let the Application Decide the Equipment.

Include representative assembly photos or drawings and the checklist fields above. For after-sales support, add the machine record and a clear fault sequence.
