Why do your guides ask for hose and fitting brands?
The crimp diameter, ferrule and approved combination belong to a hose-and-fitting system. The machine supplies controlled force through tooling; it does not make unrelated components compatible.
Can I use a blog article as a crimp chart?
No. A guide can explain how to read a chart, but target values must come from valid data for the exact hose, fitting and ferrule combination.
Why can a recommendation include a cutter or cleaning step?
A crimper cannot correct a crushed, contaminated or poorly prepared hose end. Supporting equipment is included only when the hose construction and process justify it.
