A separate pump hydraulic hose crimper makes sense when you’re crimping in places a one-piece unit can’t reach. The P18HPZ splits the hand pump from the crimping head, so you position the head on the fitting and work the pump from wherever it fits.
At 110 tons of force, this machine handles up to 1-inch 4SP hose — the same range as the P18HP. The difference is flexibility. Engine compartments, hydraulic cabinets, and equipment frames where clearance is tight: that’s where the split body pays for itself.
Twelve die sets cover sizes 6 through 41. The hand pump means no electricity, no air compressor — just manual operation that works anywhere. The trade-off is speed; if you’re running a production bench, the electric P18X or P20S will outpace this unit.
Workshops in Europe and the Middle East buy the P18HPZ when they need a separate pump hydraulic hose crimper that doesn’t sacrifice crimping force for portability. Same 110-ton output as the one-piece P18HP, just with a longer hose between pump and head.
