The TRC-P22 hose crimping machine stands out with its ergonomic working height and adjustable crimping settings — operators can fine-tune both the hold time and max opening for different fitting types. At 137TON / 1370kN, it handles hose from 10mm to 61mm (1-1/2″ 4-spiral) with a 109mm max opening without dies.
Semi-auto and auto modes cover both one-off jobs and production runs. The foot pedal leaves both hands free for positioning hose and fittings, and the QuickChange-tool system makes die changes fast when switching between hose sizes on the hose crimping machine.
Integrated design with die racks keeps the workspace organized. The 12 standard P20 dies (10–67mm) cover the most common workshop hose sizes. At 245kg with an 780×560×1250mm footprint, the P22 stays fixed in the workshop.
The 3kW / 4HP motor handles both tri-phase (200/220/380/440V) and mono-phase (110/115/220/230/240V) power — this hose crimping machine adapts to whatever power configuration the workshop has.
