Description
The TRC-P18XL 95 ton dual power hydraulic hose crimper runs on two power sources — workshop mains (110–240V single-phase or 380V three-phase) and 12V/24V vehicle batteries. Operators plug into mains in the workshop, then switch to battery power when they drive to a field job. No second machine needed.
It delivers 95 tons (950 kN) of crimping force for hoses up to 1″ 4SP. The semi-automatic operation with foot pedal allows hands-free crimping — position the fitting, press the pedal, and the machine completes the cycle. Seven standard P18 dies (sizes 10–47 mm) are included, covering hose inner diameters from 10 mm through 47 mm. Four additional dies (06–08 mm and 12–14 mm) are available for smaller sizes.
At 48 kg, the P18XL is manageable for two people to load into a service van. It bridges the gap between lightweight battery-only units and full-size workshop machines, making it a practical choice for service businesses that split time between shop and field.
