TRC-P18AP Pneumatic Hydraulic Hose Crimper — 110TON Air Pump Fast Cycle up to 1″ 4SP
P18AP Pneumatic Hydraulic Hose Crimper — 110TON air-pump driven. Crimps up to 1″ 4SP with compressed air instead of manual pumping. Faster cycles, same crimping force as the P18HP. Requires shop air supply.

A pneumatic hydraulic hose crimper is what you reach for when hand pumping slows you down but you don’t want to run electrical lines. The P18AP replaces the manual lever with an air pump — connect your shop compressor, step on the pedal, and the crimp is done.
Same 110 tons of force and same 1-inch 4SP range as the hand-pump P18HP. The difference is cycle time. Where a technician might spend 10 seconds pumping the hand lever, the air-driven system completes the stroke in a fraction of that. On a batch of 50 hoses, that time savings adds up.
The catch is the air supply. You need a compressor delivering consistent pressure on site. For mobile service trucks with onboard air, that’s no problem. For workshops already running pneumatic tools, the P18AP fits right in. If you’re working remote without compressed air, stick with the P18HP hand-pump version.
Twelve die sets cover sizes 6 through 41mm. The P18 series die table is shared across the P18HP, P18HPZ, and P18AP, so switching between models doesn’t mean buying new tooling.
Key Specs:
• Crimping range: up to 1″ 4SP (6-41mm)
• Max force: 110 ton
• Drive: pneumatic air pump (requires compressed air)
• Die sets: 12 (P18 series, sizes 6-41)
• Best for: workshops with air supply, batch crimping, faster production than manual
