The TRC-P120C hydraulic crimper features an open-type C-frame — the design that makes it stand apart from closed-head crimpers. Horizontal adjustment lets the plunger reach fittings that would otherwise require disassembly, eliminating the end connection diameter limit entirely. At 200TON / 2000kN with a 3.5-second cycle, the P120C hydraulic crimper processes hose from 6mm to 85mm (2″ 4-spiral) at workshop speed. The 143mm max opening without dies handles oversized fittings common in industrial hydraulic systems.
Semi-auto operation via 3kW / 4HP motor covers tri-phase 200/220/380/440V and mono-phase 110/220V — making this hydraulic crimper adaptable to any workshop power configuration.
This hydraulic crimper uses 13 standard P20 dies (10–67mm) covering the full workshop hose size range. At 320kg with a 680×500×1300mm footprint, the P120C is a fixed workshop machine built for day-in, day-out industrial production.
