Description
The TRC-P20CS 80 ton portable battery hydraulic crimper is a one-piece battery-powered unit built for mobile service vans. The pump and crimping head are integrated into a single body — simpler setup than the split-design P20CSZ. A 12V or 24V vehicle battery drives the hydraulic pump, so no generator or mains connection is needed on remote job sites.
Nine standard P20 dies (sizes 14–47 mm) cover hose inner diameters from 14 mm through 52 mm, handling the most common field service sizes. Three smaller dies (06–12 mm) and one oversized die (52 mm) are available separately. The P20 die platform is shared with the P20HP, P20, P22, P20D, and P20CSZ — dies are interchangeable across all models.
At 55 kg, the P20CS is a two-person lift into a service van. Construction equipment dealers, agricultural machinery repair teams, and mining service trucks use it for on-site hose assembly. For operators working in tight spaces where the one-piece body cannot reach, the P20CSZ separates the pump head with a hydraulic hose for flexible positioning.
