Description
The TRC-US18 56 ton vertical hydraulic hose crimper is the smaller sibling of the US20, designed for workshops that primarily crimp hoses up to 1″ 4SP and 1″ 6SP. The open-frame pressure column adjusts horizontally so operators can feed long elbow fittings and 90° short connectors straight through the crimping zone without obstruction from a closed frame.
A 0.75 kW motor drives 56 tons (560 kN) through 13 US18 die positions, covering hoses from 10 mm to 45 mm. Ten standard dies (sizes 12–45 mm) ship with the machine. Three smaller dies (06–10 mm) are available for thin-wall and specialty applications.
The vertical bench-mount design saves floor space compared to horizontal machines. It accepts both single-phase (110–240V) and three-phase (200–440V) power, making it compatible with workshop electrical systems worldwide. For shops that need to crimp larger hoses up to 1 1/4″ 6SP, the US20 adds more crimping force and larger die capacity on the same vertical platform.
