The TRC-P32CS 200 ton battery powered hydraulic hose crimper runs directly from 12V or 24V vehicle batteries, eliminating the need for a generator or mains connection on remote job sites. It delivers 200 tons (2000 kN) of crimping force for hoses up to 2″ 4SH and 1 1/2″ 6SP. Push-button operation makes it straightforward for service van crews — set the die, position the hose, and press the button.

Thirteen standard P32 dies (sizes 14–69 mm) cover inner diameters from 14 mm to 75 mm, handling the most common hose sizes in the field. Four smaller dies (06–12 mm) and two oversized dies (74–78 mm) are available separately. The P32 die platform is shared with the electric P32, P33, and P32A workshop models — dies are interchangeable.
