Description
The TRC-US20 62 ton vertical hydraulic crimper stands upright on a workbench, saving floor space compared to horizontal machines. The open-frame pressure column adjusts horizontally, allowing operators to feed long elbow fittings and 90° short connectors straight through the crimping zone — a task that is difficult or impossible on closed-frame machines.
A 0.75 kW motor drives 62 tons (620 kN) through 14 US20 die positions, handling hoses from 10 mm to 53 mm (3/8″ through 1 1/4″ 6SP). Ten standard dies (sizes 14–52 mm) ship with the machine, covering the most common workshop hose sizes. Four smaller dies (06–12 mm) are available for specialized applications.
The US20 accepts both single-phase (110–240V) and three-phase (200–440V) power, compatible with electrical systems worldwide. At 80 kg, it bolts to a workbench and stays put. The vertical orientation and open frame make it a practical choice for hose shops that crimp a high volume of elbow fittings every day.
