The TRC-ZK200 hose rack and pin pricker perforates the outer rubber layer of manguera hidráulicas to release trapped air before crimping. The rack-and-pin mechanism drives a set of needles through the hose cover with minimal operator effort. Hoses with an outer diameter from 5 mm to 60 mm can be processed on this model.

Three sizes are disponible for different hose ranges. The ZK100 (8 kg) handles hoses from 8 to 45 mm OD — adecuada para small-diameter workshop hoses. The ZK200 (22 kg) covers 5 to 60 mm, the widest range in the series. The ZK300 (58 kg) handles large industrial hoses from 30 to 100 mm OD.
