La TRC-C300D CNC automatic hose máquina de corte is diseñada para cut up to 1″ 2SH diameter hoses with ±0.2mm repeat precisión. Two functions — automatic cutting and manual cutting — make it adecuada para mass production where consistent longitud de manguera matters. The CNC system controls cut length and count automatically.

The complete system includes three components: a hose coiler (900×1350×1200mm), a hose counter (700×530×640mm), y the cutter bar (650×600×450mm). A 4.0 kW motor drives the 300mm blade at 2850 rpm. Optional accessories include toothed y Chinese slotted blades, the YB-YL2000 extension soporte, y the YB X-35 fume extractor.

For manual cutting of larger hoses, see the C300 (2 inch manual) and C300A (2 inch pneumatic). For small hoses, the C250AC hyles up to 1 inch.
