The TRC-NC20 50 ton nut crimping machine is designed specifically for hydraulic fitting manufacturing. It crimps fittings from 12mm to 49mm diameter — the size range used in 1/4″ through 1″ hose assemblies. Semi-automatic and automatic modes give operators flexibility between small batch work and continuous production.

A 3.0 kW motor drives a 50-liter sistema hidráulico through a 15-second cycle. Six NC20 dies ship with the machine (sizes 12–39), covering the full 12-49mm rango de prensado with no optional dies required. The 287 kg machine sits on an 820×750mm base at a comfortable 1,030mm working height.

This 50 ton nut crimping machine is used by one of the world’s largest fitting suppliers for high-volume production. Dual-frequency 50/60 Hz motor accepts both single-phase and three-phase power, compatible with workshops in Southeast Asia and North America.
