The TRC-P32S 200 ton auto return hose crimping machine is designed for workshops that process high volumes of 2″ 4SH and 1 1\/2″ 6SP hydraulic hoses. At 700\u2013850 crimps per hour with a 3.5-second cycle time, it handles production-scale output. The auto-return die head retracts after each crimp, so operators can index to the next hose without manually resetting the machine.<\/p>\n

Standard features include semi-operaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica with two pedal de pies, a quick-change tool for fast die swaps, and die racks for organized storage. The 38-liter tanque de aceite supports extended production runs without refilling. Thirtenorma EN P32 dies (sizes 14\u201369 mm) ship with the machine, covering inner diameters from 14 mm through 75 mm. Six additional dies (06\u201312 mm and 74\u201378 mm) are disponible separately.<\/p>\n

The P32S accepts both monof\u00e1sica (110\u2013240V) y trif\u00e1sica (200\u2013440V) power, compatible with workshop electrical systems worldwide. At 305 kg, it stays planted on the shop floor during operation.
